Journalist Jeffrey Goldberg was accidentally added to a group chat with top U.S. national security officials discussing plans to bomb the Houthis in Yemen. The chat took place on the encrypted messaging app Signal, outside of the secure government network. Goldberg revealed the existence of the chat in a story for The Atlantic.
